Many of our schemes like the security of all inclusive fee option agreements. This means that we provide one set fee with includes all usual disbursements, so that you know up front exactly how much your scheme will be paying. 

This will include; meeting attendance and travel, financial reports, postage, printing, stationary, storage and archiving, arrange insurance, lodge insurance claims, gather 3 quotes for work, provide work orders, manage building defects, issue levy reminder notices, phone calls, email..etc And all of our services are set out clearly in our proposal. 

Financial Institution 

Ryan strata establishes and maintains individual trust accounts with the Macquarie Bank for each strata scheme.

Their trust accounts are used by New South Wales Real Estate Agents, Stock and Station Agents, Business Agents, Strata Managing Agents, Community Managing Agents and On-site Residential Property Managers to hold funds in trust for clients. Their NSW Agents Trust Account complies with trust account legislative requirements, as per the Property Stock and Business Agents Act (NSW) 2002.

So what services does a strata manager provide?

Strata managers are essentially hired by schemes to assist them in the day to day running. We manage the books and records, do the scheme's accounting, call and run meetings, provide a point of contact for owners and occupiers, organise repairs and maintenance, liaise with the committee and provide assistance and advice where needed. At Ryan Strata we go above and beyond for our clients, and always provide a tailored and personalised service to fit the needs of each scheme. 


Ryan Strata utilises MyStrata software to manage our portfolios of townhouse complexes, residential apartments, commercial towers, master communities and gated sub-divisions.

We are also able to set up a website for your building or community at no extra charge. This includes a sophisticated portal for owners where you will be are able to pay bills, view your statement, print old invoices, chat on a Community Wall and view important documents. Committee members are able to see up to date financial reports in real time, and organise scheme wide events. 


Ryan Strata Management digitizes all documents on handover of schemes, and keeps both hard copy archives and electronic document storage. This makes the process of locating documents much easier, so that our owners and managers can easily look back at historical information where necessary.

Methods of payment

Owners are able to pay through MyStrata using BPAY. This can be done through internet banking or online via the portal. Alternately, owners are able to pay via EFT, internet or phone banking, or cheque or cash deposit at a Bank of Queensland branch.
